Shipping and Delivery

All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne location as soon as payment received. 

Most orders dispatched within 3 business days for in stock items. 

Some items may take a little longer for delivery and we will indicate an estimated delivery at the time of order or invoice. 

We provide tracking information to help with delivery ETA.

We use Australia Post, FedEx, DHL and local courier. We are happy to use recipient account to ship your package.

Upon receiving a 'Request a Quote' we will send your quote with shipping charges at the best possible rate. 

Please Note: any taxes, duties, tariffs charges are responsibility of recipient and payable at time of customs clearance in your country.
